Regular Activities

Children and Young People
Quakers welcome and provide for children and young people of all ages. It is helpful if parents visiting with children can phone the contact number in advance so that suitable activities can be prepared.

Library
The Meeting maintains a library of useful books and booklets for members and attenders aimed at deepening their spiritual lives and providing information on Quaker thought and practice. Newcomers living locally are welcome to borrow from the collection.

Study Groups
Study groups are regularly organized to allow specific issues to be considered in depth. Such groups may meet either in somebody’s home or at the Meeting House after worship.

Social Activities
A party at Christmas and a picnic in the summer are held each year. Friends are sociable people and welcome opportunities to enjoy each others company and get together to exchange experiences.
