Hiring the Meeting House

If you would like to hire the Meeting House please phone the contact number 0870-7656980. You will be redirected to the person responsible for lettings. Charges for morning, afternoon, evening or all day bookings are moderate.

Facilities

The main meeting room is suitable for a variety of activities and can seat up to 50 people depending on the use intended. A gallery provides additional seating in some circumstances. There is a hatch to the adjoining kitchen which is equipped for serving refreshments. The meeting room is easily accessible from the road by wheelchair users and a loop system is available if required.

A smaller room, accessed from the other side of the entrance vestibule, is suitable for meetings of up to eight people. Like the main meeting room it is wheelchair accessible.

There are two toilets outside. Although single steps are involved in reaching them they are reasonably accessible to the disabled

Parking
close to the Meeting House can be difficult on weekdays except in the evenings. The railway station is within walking distance and there are bus services within Ludlow and from the surrounding area, although these are infrequent in the evenings and particularly on Sundays.
